INSURANCE:
We are in network with Delta Dental Premier, but will gladly file other insurances. Call us with any questions. We are not participating with any Medicare Advantage plans – you may be subject to out of network benefits.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, Care Credit, Cash or Personal Checks.
